Established in 1996, Xiamen Yuxiang Magnetic Materials Technology Co., Ltd is an export-oriented enterprise supplying hard magnets and magnetic materials. Our magnets include ferrite, NdFeB, alnico, and SmCo. Our product line includes flexible rubber magnets, refrigerator magnets, magnetic powders, magnetic compounds, Tesla meters, magnetizers, and magnetic assemblies. Machinery/Production Process
Raw materials are melted and quenched by vacuum melting and rapid quenching furnace, and then crushed by crusher, after this process, they are milled by jet mill and pressed in magnetic field by magnetic field shaping press, and then sintered and tempered via vacuum sintering furnace. Through characteristic test, they are machined as per the required specifications and sent for inspection again. Finally the products are coated, inspected and then packed for delivery.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The magnetic industry experience of our quality control team members covers from 5 to 13 years. With the help of modern advanced testing equipment, they can inspect corrosion resistance of magnet under different environments, radian and dimension of irregular shape magnet, energy product performance (BH max.), and any other related magnetic parameters.

It serves its customers with experience and know-how.QC Process: casting inspection which covers the whole production procedure from material testing to final product QC, injection mold inspection, wax pattern and assembly, dip coat, stucco, temperature, and humidity control, dewax, pre-heat, casting control, shake out, cut-off, heat treat control, machine, magnetic particle, radiographic, certification & packaging control.
